This is your chance to tell us what you would like to see in the next version of our Content Management System. A number of our clients are already using Aurora - the code name for our replacement to Infomaxim 3.8. Aurora is faster, has lots of new features - like a groovy new content editor with spell-checker, it's Web 2.0 standards compliant and we're adding new capabilities every week.

So, now's a good time to tell us more about what you would like to see in the future. For those of you not using Aurora yet, our upgrade programme is now scheduling migration to Aurora for all Infomaxim users. We will be in contact soon to discuss your migration plan.

Email Broadcasting Features

  • Click tracking
  • Audit Trail
  • Conversion Report
  • Send Report
  • Add recipients from pre-defined queries
  • Email personalisation
  • Use a template, or simply edit the HTML directly in Aurora's xStandard editor
  • Send test emails

This module is now in development.

Several customers have requests Customer Relationship Management tools to enable tracking of communcation with enquiries and customers. We're working towards an initial release of CRM capabilities in by March 30th, 2009 with support for the following:-


1. Manage Customers

2. Track Customer Contacts (phone / email / web)

3. Assign Follow Up Activity to Users

4. Email Reminders & Notifications

5. Activity Feed of Customer Activity on Website
